Summary
At Green Frog Roofing, we recently had the opportunity to work on a roofing project in the beautiful neighborhood of Erskineville. This roof had seen its fair share of patch jobs over the years, and it was clear that a full replacement was long overdue.
Our team got to work removing the old roof, solar panels and skylights. We then installed a top-of-the-line galvanized fastened 70 x 35 battening system, complete with foil backed anti-condensation insulation and Polynum super heat reflective foil insulation to keep the home cool and energy efficient. To finish it off, we topped it all off with a sleek and durable Trimdek .48 Colorbond roof sheeting in the color Shale Grey.
Not only did we replace the roof, but we also took the opportunity to upgrade the air-conditioner on the upper rear roof and even installed leaf screens on the rear gutters for added protection.
But that’s not all! The homeowner also wanted to give the rear patio a modern look and more natural light. We referred them to our skylight specialist to complete the skylight installations, which will give the home a whole new look.
