SUMMARY
The Rozelle job was a huge success for the team at Green Frog Roofing! We began by expertly removing the existing metal roof sheeting and required flashings to make way for the new components. We installed a galvanized fastened 70 x 35 battening system and supplied and installed a foil backed anti-condensation insulation blanket. We also supplied and installed Custom Orb Colorbond roof sheeting, .55 required flashings, and Bremick B8 class 5 fixings. The end result was a sturdy and attractive roof that will stand the test of time.
We also tackled the skylight replacement on the rear metal roof, starting by removing the existing skylight. We then supplied and expertly installed Velux double glazed fixed skylight for improved natural light and ventilation.
We also took care of the gutter and downpipe replacement on the rear lower roof. We started by removing the old guttering, and then supplied and expertly installed ACE quad slotted guttering with galvanized screw fixings and external brackets. We also removed the old downpipes and supplied and installed new 90 mm PVC downpipe that run to the back yard. The end result was a clean, efficient, and stylish gutter and downpipe system that will stand the test of time. All in all, the project was a huge success and the homeowner is thrilled with the results. Love the Frog!
