At Green Frog Roofing, we’re thrilled to showcase the Erskineville family home job that we recently completed. Our team of experts worked hard to give the main rear metal roof a complete makeover. The first step was to remove the old roof sheeting and flashings. Then we installed treated timber battening with galvanized fixings for added strength and stability. We also added a foil backed anti-condensation insulation blanket for extra protection against the elements. We then supplied and installed Trimdek .48 Colorbond roof sheeting in the beautiful color Surfmist and matching .55 required flashings. We used Bremick B8 class 5 fixings to ensure the new roof is durable and long-lasting.
But that’s not all! We also worked on the rear right side of the property, replacing the old polycarbonate roof sheets with new fiberglass, Opal, Trimdek roof sheets. The new fiberglass roof sheets not only look great but also provide excellent insulation and protection against heat and UV rays.
We didn’t stop there, we also replaced the skylight over the bathroom with a new Velux double glazed solar opening skylight. This new skylight provides natural light and ventilation to the bathroom, as well as a beautiful view of the sky, this addition not only enhances the aesthetic of the property but also provides added functionality.
