– Remove and dispose of existing roof tiles

– Remove existing battens

– Supply and install H3 treated timber roof battening

– Secure battens to rafters with galvanized bugle screws at critical points (1200-1800mm intervals around perimeter and at corners

– Supply and install X-40 Polynum heat reflective insulation

– Supply and install Colorbond 0.48 Custom Orb roof sheeting – Shale grey

– Supply and install roll top ridge capping – Shale grey

– Supply and install barge rolls to roof ends over gable

– Supply and install Bremick B8 roof screws

– Supply and install new transitional flashings .6 and apron flashings.6 as required

– Chimney and front veranda to be fitted with new Colorbond apron flashing.6 (grind into wall to remove existing lead flashings)

– Fit new flashings and seal with Sikaflex pro

– Supply and install x 1 Velux manual opening skylight (550×700) with blind

– Remove and replace existing skylight with 780×980 VSE electronic top hung skylight with electric blind

– Supply and install x 2 roof vents (low profile Alpine Ventilation 150/200 size) – Shale Grey
