– Remove parapet caps
– Remove roof sheeting and required flashings

– Supply and install treated timber battening with galvanised fixings
– Supply and install foil backed anti condensation insulation blanket
– Supply and install (Custom Orb .48 thicker metal), Colorbond roof sheeting – (colour -Wallaby)

– Supply and install new parapet caps and back trays – colour Wallaby

– Supply and install .55 required flashings – (colour)
– Supply and install Bremick B8 class 5 fixings

Downpipe/Spreader Installation – Between upper and lower rear roof

– Supply and install new downpipe/spreader

Sky Tube Replacement – Upper main roof

– Remove and replace sky tube

Chimney Cap Installation – Upper chimney 

– Supply and install new chimney cap – colour Wallaby
