Metal Roof Replacement – Rear metal roof

– Remove roof sheeting and required flashings
– Install galvanized fastened 70 x 35 battening system
– Supply and install foil backed anti condensation insulation blanket
– Supply and install (Trimdek .48), Colorbond roof sheeting – (colour – Basalt)
– Supply and install .55 required flashings – (Basalt)
– Supply and install Bremick B8 class 5 fixings

Skylight Installation – Bathroom

– Cut out light well and frame
– Supply and install diffused dome type, opal, vented skylight (500 x 700)

Skylight Installation – Hallway

– Cut out light well and frame
– Supply and install Velux glass double glazed fixed skylight (572 x 1792)

Skylight Installation – Kitchen x 2

– Cut out light well and frame
– Supply and install 1 x Velux double glazed electric opening skylight (780 x 1400) (closet to stove)
– Supply and install 1 x Velux double glazed fixed skylight (780 x 1400)

Skylight Installation – Dining Room

– Cut out light well and frame
– Supply and install Velux double glazed fixed skylight (1140 x 1180)

Gutter Replacement – Rear of home

– Remove guttering
– Supply and install (ACE mini line slotted fast flow) guttering in (colour – Monolith)
– Galvanised screw fixings with external brackets

Summary

We recently replaced a metal roof with an attractive and dependable galvanized fastened 70 x 35 battening system, complete with foil backed anti condensation insulation blanket (Trimdek .48) in Colorbond Basalt. We also installed diffused dome type, opal vented skylights along with Velux double glazed fixed and electric opening skylight fixtures in the bathroom, hallway kitchen and dining room to finish off our renovation work. To top it all off we supplied ACE mini line slotted flow guttering, in the classic Monolith colour, for superior weather-proofing performance to ensure proper drainage of rainwater away from your home!
