SUMMARY

First up, we tackled the gutters and downpipes. We removed the old guttering and replaced it with brand new, sleek (Old Style) guttering in the stunning color of Iron Grey. We used strong, galvanized screw fixings with external brackets for added stability and strength. And let’s not forget about the downpipes, we supplied and installed new ones as required in the perfect shade of off white.

Next, we moved on to the rear patio and replaced the old polycarbonate roof sheeting with brand new, high-quality polycarbonate roof sheeting.

We then focused on the main home, excluding the front veranda and rear patio. We removed the old, worn-out roof sheeting and flashings and installed a new, state-of-the-art galvanized fastened 70 x 35 battening system. We also added a foil backed anti-condensation insulation blanket for extra protection against the elements. We supplied and installed Custom Orb for the main home and Trimdek for the rear extension, both Colorbond roof sheeting in the perfect color of Iron Grey. We also supplied and installed matching .55 required flashings and used Bremick B8 class 5 fixings to ensure the new roof is durable and long-lasting.

As an added bonus, we also installed a leaf screener on the rear gutter to keep debris from clogging the gutters. We cleaned out the gutters, supplied and installed an aluminum screen from the top edge of the gutter to the face of the roof, supplied and installed Colorbond saddles, .55 Colorbond angle gutter trim, and used galvanized fixings to ensure the leaf screener is stable and strong.
