Carpentry – Rear dormer (in conjunction with metal roofing)

(roofers to install under wall roof flashing system)
– Supply and install Polynum multi heat reflective insulation to walls
– Re-clad similar style to existing cladding and paint – similar colour to existing
Metal Roof Replacement – Upper rear metal roof
– Remove roof sheeting and required flashings
– Install galvanized fastened 70 x 35 battening system
– Supply and install foil backed anti condensation insulation blanket
– Supply and install (Trimdek .48), Colorbond roof sheeting – (colour Shale Grey)
– Supply and install .55 required flashings – (colour-Any flashing bordering the roof externally is ironstone in keeping with the current colour scheme.)
– Supply and install Bremick B8 class 5 fixings

– Re fold the turndowns along the sides of the flashing to match trimdek
– Carpenters will paint.

Gutter Repair – Upper rear, mid roof x 1
– Re- hang gutter
– Fit extra gutter brackets
– Fit new spreader
Leaf Screener Installation – Rear gutters
– Clean out debris from gutters
– Supply and install aluminium screen from top edge of gutter to face of roof
– Supply and install Colorbond saddles
– .55 Colorbond angle gutter trim
– Galvanised fixings
SUMMARY
At Green Frog Roofing, we recently completed a job in Leichhardt, where we were able to bring our expertise in roofing and carpentry to the forefront. Our goal was to enhance the beauty and functionality of the outdoor space, and we are proud to say that we delivered just that.
The job consisted of several key components, including metal roof replacement, skylight replacement, gutter replacement, and leaf screener installation.
First, we replaced the upper and lower rear metal roofs, removing the old roof sheeting and flashings. We then installed a galvanized fastened 70 x 35 battening system, followed by foil-backed anti-condensation insulation blanket and the Trimdek .48 Colorbond roof sheeting in Shale Grey. We also installed the necessary flashings and Bremick B8 class 5 fixings.
In addition, we replaced two skylights on the lower rear metal roof with new dome type skylights, which provided improved functionality and aesthetic appeal.
We also performed gutter replacement and repair, installing new gutters and spreaders, and cleaning out the debris from the rear gutters. To enhance the functionality of the gutters, we also installed aluminium screens and Colorbond saddles, as well as .55 Colorbond angle gutter trim and galvanized fixings.
The carpenters also worked on the rear dormer, removing the old cladding and installing Polynum multi heat reflective insulation. They then re-clad the dormer with a similar style to the existing cladding, painting it to match the existing color.
Thanks to our comprehensive approach and attention to detail, the Leichhardt job was a success, and we are proud to have added another satisfied customer to our list.
